CAN I APPEAL YOUR APPRAISAL DECISION?

The planning appraisal service is for guidance purposes only and is the view of registered Planning consultants and
therefore does not have any legally binding conditions to appeal against.

IF MY APPRAISAL PROVES POSITIVE, DO I NEED TO THEN APPLY FOR PLANNING IN PRINCIPLE WITH MY LOCAL AUTHORITY?

Not necessarily, contact us to discuss your options regarding your case in more depth. A simple Planning guide flow

IF MY APPRAISAL PROVES TO BE NEGATIVE, CAN I STILL APPLY FOR PLANNING IN PRINCIPLE WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY?

Yes you can, however within the appraisal, comments, recommendations and guidance notes are there to assist your
future decisions. You also have a free follow up email enquiry allowance to ask any questions regarding your case.

WHAT IF MY PLANNING APPLICATION IS REFUSED FOLLOWING A POSITIVE APPRAISAL FROM GREENSMART PLANNING SERVICES? DO I GET A REFUND?

The appraisal offers guidance from a Planning Consultant and is non-binding. Only through a planning application can the formal opinion from the council be sought and the appraisal cannot guarantee a subsequent planning application is approved. So unfortunately refunds cannot be offered.

CAN I USE GREENSMART PLANNING TO MAKE A FORMAL FULL PLANNING APPLICATION WITHOUT HAVING AN APPRAISAL?
